A key feature is the new and improved Virtual Booth Program. The program is designed to extend an exhibitor's event exposure well beyond the actual event. Attendees have the ability to search for exhibitors prior to the event and add them to their own personal itinerary. Each exhibitor that participates in the program receives their own company web page on the expo website. The page includes the company's logo, a description of the company, contact information, website address, a new product with photo and more! They also can submit press releases to be displayed on the expo website. After the event is over the expo website features show highlights and allows visitors to search the exhibitors for no less than 60 days following the event.
Cygnus Expositions has also improved what is known as the Featured Virtual Booth. Exhibitors who obtain this opportunity get all of the benefits of the Virtual Booth (and more) plus top billing on the Exhibitor List and Search Results. Here an attendee will see their logo, company name, booth number and a description at the top of the Exhibitor List and Search Results pages.
Another feature is the expanded banner advertisement option. Exhibitors can purchase one of four different size ads and can select standard rotation throughout the website or can request a specific page! Design services are also available for those exhibitors that need one designed.
